“Well the guy at the front desk is lazy and he don't want to do his job. I come in to get a part and he said we don't have that with out looking at the computer an I know they can't put everything in the data base for all these cars the part I was looking for hes never heard of it. So that's why he said they didn't have . So the guy that works the yard was out there and I ask if he had some mustangs I could look at and see if there parts I could use. Dang wouldn't you know my part was on that car that the guy said they didn't have it. I drove 45 miles to thing place they won't give you gas money If they lie to you. And give the computer up and let me walk the yard and see what parts are there I buy more than just one thing. I bought tail lights that day off that car and the other part. I don't trust these front desk people there lazy and very unfriendly. But if they have you part go get it. Oh yeah there very high for junk yard brand new prices for old stuff .” -

“I ordered a sun visor for a volvo c70 got a visor for a s70 or 850 completely different parts.At first my order wasn't placed I waited a week after I placed it and called to discover it wasn't processed.When I received the wrong part I called I was told I would get a return label waited a week nothing.When I called back it was like I never spoke to anyone there before,I had spoken to to the owner a few times.I had to give all the info like I had never talked to anyone before.I am still waiting for a return label.The last time I spoke to the owner he acted like he was upset hello I am setting here with a part I cant use and he has known about it.I didn't even order from them I used an online find for it and he called me as soon as I put my request in.Don't make the same mistake.”
